Goal: Give clear system, create daily plan to act on, find bottlenecks, cut costs (or make investing more efficient), increase reach, increase revenue.

In details:

My client is a coach, who runs social media in 2 languages simultaneously, provides her services online and offline. Has a social media assistant, which also helps to create and edit the content.
